As of November 2012, plans for Star Trek: Renegades, a series directed by Russ and with many others of the STOGAM team, is seeking backers on Kickstarter. The first story would be offered to CBS as a pilot for a new series; failing this, the production team would seek to release it on a non-profit basis.[16] Recently the kickstarter project gained funding for Star Trek: Renegades and production will begin as soon as possible.

Aaah, bei den ganzen bekannten Namen wäre mir die Idee eines Fanfilms nicht gekommen.
(Klar, hätte ich mir auch ergoogeln können. Aber wichtiger war mir eines neues Thema zur Diskussion zu stellen.)
