It's sci-fi movie from 80's or 90's. The bandits attacks base. The base is place of work for scientists. The bandits gets scientists as hostages. Their boss is guy with hoar/blonde hair and crystal blue eyes. I remember lasers, robots burns alive, camera in style "direct to video". Then, African American tries get to codes/passes to the computer (there are important informations).
