In der Locus-Ausgabe vom Juni 2012 sind folgende Deutschland betreffende Buchrechteeinkäufe dokumentiert:
German rights to The Casual Vacancy by J.K. Rowling sold to Carlsen for hardcover and e-book, and Ullstein for paperback.
German rights to Endurance by Jay Lake sold to Baste Lubbe via the Schlueck Agency in association with Jennifer Jackson of the Donald Maass Literary Agency.
German rights to Deadlocked, the untitled 13th Sookie Stackhouse novel, and three more books by Charlaine Harris sold to DTV via Christian Dittus of Paul & Peter Fritz Agency on behalf of Joshua Bilmes at JABberwocky.
Brazilian rights to Fairest of All in the Whatever After series by Sarah Mlynowski sold to Record. German rights went to Heyne, Italian to Sonzogno, and French Canadian to Ada, all via Tamar Rydzinski of the Laura Dail Literary Agency.
Spanish rights to the Red Rising trilogy by Pierce Brown went to Anik Lapointe of RBA Libros via Havis Dawson of Liza Dawson Associates. German rights went to Heyne via Friederike Biesel of Thomas Schlueck Agency, and Chinese rights sold to Beijing Dook via Gray Tan of the Grayhawk Agency.
German rights to The City’s Son by Tom Pollock, beginning the Skyscraper Throne series, sold to Bernd Statthaus of Uberreuter.
